ADMISSIONS

Requirements for admission: Candidates must complete and submit ALL The Enrollment Requirements listed below, plus a Certified Statement of Financial Support, namely: Missouri Career Center Approval for WIA eligibility; Employer Sponsorship; Student Loan Agreement; etc.

Enrollment Requirements include:
Step One
• Students must be 18 years of age
• Must possess High School Diploma or GED
• Student must have a government issued valid photo ID
Students must have a valid Social Security Number (Tax ID # not sufficient it’s a state
requirement)
• Submit result for Mantoux 2 step Tuberculosis (TB) skin test taken within the last twelve
(12) months.
Step Two:
1. Complete Hi-Tech Charities Admission/Enrollment form (must be completed prior to enrollment)
2. Submit results of a criminal background check through an Authorized Agency
3. Submit results of Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Family Care Safety Registry (To contact the FCSR for a background check, go to www.dhss.mo.gov/FCSR/Background or call 1-866-422-6872 between 7 am-5 pm Monday –Friday. Include your Name, Address and Social Security number)

 

Application and Admission Process:

 

1.  Candidates will complete an application form and submit it with $50 application fee in money order or certified check. (Cash, or Personal Checks are NOT allowed, please)

 

2.  Candidates will attach copies of High School Diploma or GED, picture ID, and other documents that me required

 

3. In the absence of a copy of GED or high school diploma the candidate must sign an attestation that s/he successfully graduated from a High School or obtained a GED at a specified date.
